While you are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own documents, B Free Travel will guide you through filling out entry paperwork for countries and verify that you have all the necessary documents needed to travel.

Sometimes life happens and trips need to be cancelled. Many suppliers offer a grace period for trip cancellation, with only a deposit being forfeited. It is always recommended to invest in travel insurance.

Most suppliers will allow changes within reason. Altering dates may alter the overall price, but with enough notice and availability, changes usually can be made.

Travel insurance is highly recommended. For the price that a vacation costs, you don't want unexpected events to cause a forfeiture of your money. Many suppliers carry their own insurance, which will give a refund in either credits or repayment, and it usually carries a small fee that is added onto the overall total. Dependent on the supplier and the travel insurance company, they can cover most cancellations from medical issues to the loss of a job and sometimes even for no designated reason.
